Delivery and payments

All orders are delivered via courier, with the shipping cost being borne by the customer.
The order is shipped when it has been prepared and the proforma invoice is issued. The proforma invoice will be sent by e-mail, and after the corresponding amount is transferred to our account opened at Banca Transilvania, the order will be handed over to the courier for delivery.
We inform you that there is no possibility of cash on delivery.

In the case of larger volume orders, delivery can also be made with our own vehicles, according to prior agreement with the customer.
